Lake County is changing every day. With so much growth on the horizon this means that certian not so good elements are changing and the modern elements that were needed are finally happening. Unlike many areas, though, growth is slow but steady. We are seeing people cleaning up their homes to help their neighborhood's improve and a community awareness that had been lacking, is now improving with many speaking up for there rights and improvments! Lake County is so beautiful! So many have not even discovered this lake comunity with the largest natural lake in California. The biggest industry change in the last ten years has been the move in of many top vineyard owners as well as many great new wineries. Shcools are improving with great family involvement programs and with the teachers and administrators focusing on making our schools receive some of the best test scores in the state. Lake County is also growing due to its close proximity to the surrounding areas like Sonoma, Mendicino, and Scaramento counties. Many families have relocated here due to the affordability of homes that they could not have afforded to purchase in other areas. Unlike some, others have discovered the area for its natural play ground, vacation and second home markets have exploded! People want to escape more that ever from the city and experience serenity and comfort by creating a vacation retreat. Let me show you the New Lake County!
